Synced data is done so via Apple’s secure iCloud service and is not accessible to us. For debugging purposes, we may ask you to provide logging information to troubleshoot an issue. You will be prompted with the option to include this info and are under no obligation to do so.
Quotify collects aggregate, anonymous statistics, such as the percentage of users who use particular features, to improve the app. For a better experience, while using Quotify, you may be providing us with certain anonymized information, including but not limited to device information such as the device type and version of the operating system, IP address, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
We want to inform you that whenever you use Quotify, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing Quotify, the time and date of your use of Quotify, and other statistics.
We use the information we collect to operate and improve our website, apps, and customer support. We do not share personal information with outside parties.
